Strong organizational, delegation, and written/verbal communication skills

•

Spend majority of time in the production kitchen, which requires physical activity (i.e., prolonged standing, repetitive bending, lifting and climbing as well as other physical tasks)

•

Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays to align with business needs

•

Ability to multitask in a fast paced, customer focused production/kitchen environment

•

Ability to speak English

•

Manage inventory levels, receiving, waste control timeous dispatch and delivery

•

Support implementation of company directed cost, quality, and service improvement initiatives

•

Control shrink, expenses, and payroll; hold pastry team members accountable to do the same

•

Provide consistent communication and model expected behaviors to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
